Hi, my name is Leo and I am the owner/barista at T2 Coffee Van. After working in the hospitality industry for many years, I have decided to pursue my passion for coffee, this is how T2 Coffee Van came to life in the West of Ireland.
Our Vintage Coffee Van
T2 Coffee Van is a 1976 Volkswagen Van – a ‘late bay Volkswagen Transporter 2 (T2)’ Van, to be exact – converted into a Vintage Speciality Espresso Bar. This 50 years old van is basically a fully equipped coffee shop on wheels, ready to prepare any coffee that you’d get from your down the street coffee shop: an Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White. you name it! If you’d rather have a good old cuppa tea or hot choc, it can do that to!
Our Coffee
Being a coffee lover myself, I am very passionate about the coffee beans I choose. The beans I use come from Carrow Coffee Roasters an award-winning organic boutique roastery run by Andrew and Paola in Co Sligo.
Their experience and first-hand knowledge combined with their ethical philosophy make Carrow coffee my coffee of choice – this way I know that the coffee I’m preparing for you is not only delicious, but also good – for you, for the environment and for the small farmers growing the coffee beans.
